The Realme Watch marked the company’s entry into the smartwatch segment in May, early last year. It was Realme’s first smartwatch and has since been followed by Realme Watch S and S Pro. The Chinese company is now preparing to launch its second-generation smartwatches. Realme Watch 2 and Watch 2 Pro were seen in the Realme Link app code last week. And today, the Realme Watch 2 has been seen in the FCC. It reveals everything there is to know about this smartwatch, from this design to its full specifications.
Realme Watch 2: Design and Features
According to FCC documents, the watch bears the model number RMW2008. It has the same design as its predecessor. It has a square-shaped dial with a button on the right edge. This strap now looks to have this company motto “Dare to Leap” engraved on it. Realme has already added the tagline to the back panel of their flashy phones in the past.
As seen in the real-life image above, Realme Watch 2 will retain the square-shaped LCD screen on the front. It appears to be the same touchscreen with huge bezels as its predecessor. The bottom has sensors for heart rate tracking, SpO2 (blood oxygen) monitoring, sleep tracking, and more. This watch will also support various sport modes, meditation mode, music controls, also notifications, among other things.
Realme Watch 2: Specifications
The FCC listing also includes the Realme Watch 2 user manual. It not only provides us a close look at this design (official render, pictured above) but also at this entire spec sheet.
The Realme Watch 2 features the same 1.4-inch TFT screen with a resolution of 320 x 320 pixels as the original watch. However, it is larger and houses a massive 305 mAh battery, which is almost twice the size of the original battery.
