According to Poco India’s tweet, the Poco C3 will launch in India on October 6 at 12 p.m. (noon) IST. Poco India says the phone will be available via Flipkart. So far, the price and sale date have not been clear. Still, recently the pictures of the Poco C3’s alleged retail box were leaked, suggesting that the 4GB + 64GB storage variant will be priced at Rs. 10,990. Poco C3 is expected to be a rebranded Redmi 9C that launched in Malaysia in June. If it turns out to be true the Poco C3 will be powered by a MediaTek Helio G35 processor, paired with 4GB of RAM, and a triple camera setup.
Redmi 9C Specs
Redmi 9C has a 6.53-inch HD + Dot Drop LCD (720×1,600 pixels) with 20: 9 aspect ratio. The device is powered by MediaTek Helio G35 SoC, with up to 4GB of RAM and it runs on Android 10 with MIUI 11 on top. It has a dual sim slot and a separate microSD slot and can be expanded up to 512GB. It has a triple rear camera 13-megapixel main camera with f / 2.2 aperture, 2-megapixel macro sensor with f / 2.4 lens, and 2-megapixel depth sensor with f / 2.4 lens, and has a 5-megapixel selfie camera with f / 2.2 aperture.
Redmi 9C has a big 5,000 mAh battery with 10 W fast charging support. It has a 3.5mm audio jack and Micro USB port for charging. The phone has a rear fingerprint sensor and has AI face unlock. It weighs 196 grams.
